Hotel Reservations: All hotel reservations and payments are on your own. Call the John Carver Inn & Spa and request the Kept Creations rate. Kept Creations, LLC has secured a rate of $127 per night, double occupancy. Based on availability, they will honor this group rate for three days prior and three days after the retreat dates. Our special reserved rate will be held until February 21st. After February 21st, the current hotel rate will apply. There is an 11.7% tax on the hotel room. Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11AM. A deposit of one night's room rate plus occupancy tax is required per room to confirm your hotel reservation. The John Carver Inn & Spa accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Hotel Cancellation: Advance deposits are refundable for individual cancelleations received at least 7 days prior to guest arrival date. Cancellation of a reservation within 7 days of arrival, or failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night's room rate plus tax. An early departure is considered a cancellation.
